XU belt vacuum filter is a new type of energy-efficient solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed, designed and produced by our company. This machine uses filter cloth or filter screen as the filter medium, makes full use of the gravity of the material, and relies on vacuum negative pressure as the power to achieve solid-liquid separation. The machine has a unique design. The vacuum filter disc adopts a fixed type that can be divided step by step from washing, vibration, hot air drying and mechanical extrusion, solving many problems in the chemical industry. In terms of the structure of the equipment, the filtration section is arranged along the horizontal axis. The filtration, cake washing, slag discharge, and cloth cleaning can be completed continuously. The equipment can be adapted to materials of different concentrations. The mother liquor and filter cake washing liquid can be collected in stages, with excellent washing effect. The equipment can achieve long-period continuous operation, stable operation, simple operation and low labor intensity.

Working principle of XU belt vacuum filter:

The slurry uniformly distributed on the filter cloth moves forward by the feeding device. Under the suction effect of the vacuum pump, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth into the vacuum box, and then enters the filtrate tank from the connecting pipe at the bottom of the vacuum box, leaving solid phase trapped in the filter. A filter cake is formed on the cloth. Due to the same direction of gravity and vacuum suction, the larger particles settle under the filter cake and the smaller particles settle on the filter cake to form a reasonable structure filter aid layer with low resistance and high filtration speed. With the movement of the filter cloth, the resulting filter cake is washed and dehydrated many times, and then falls off at the turning point of the filter cloth. The filter cloth is cleaned and regenerated with high-pressure water. After the correction device is adjusted, it returns to the feed end to start a new operation cycle.
