Working principle of DZY belt press vacuum filter:

Belt squeezing vacuum filter is a highly efficient separation equipment that uses filter belt as the filter medium to make full use of the material's gravity, vacuum suction, and S-shaped roller to achieve solid-liquid separation. The whole detachable filter disc is used as the vacuum chamber and the S-shaped squeeze roller is used as the external force. The filter belt is driven by the motor for continuous operation. At the beginning of the filter stroke, the filter disc runs synchronously with the filter belt in a vacuum state. The filter disc and the filter cloth operate relative to each other in a vacuum state. The material is evenly distributed on the filter belt of the vacuum filter plate through the slurry distributor. The slurry on the filter belt is filtered under the action of vacuum suction until the vacuum filter plate touches the position of the proximity switch. The filter cake of the lower filter belt in the motor continue to run and enter the S-shaped squeeze roller while the upper filter belt squeezes the material after the material enters the S-shaped squeeze roller to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. After filtering, washing, re-filtering and squeezing the filter cake, the filter cake is stripped and removed by the scraper device. After the filter cloth is cleaned by the automatic regeneration device, it passes through a set of support rollers and the correction device to re-enter the filter area. At the same time as the filter pan returns and discharges, the filtrate in the collecting tank and the filtrate in the squeeze roller flows into the collection pan. Through such repeated suction filtration, washing, re-suction filtration, and extrusion, the purpose of solid-liquid separation is realized.

Since the filter cloth continuously rotates, each revolution can complete the cycle of filtration, washing, dehydration and filter cloth regeneration. Therefore, the filter cloth can always be running without being clogged

(2) The filtrate is continuously discharged from the automatic drain tank and enters the next process.

(3) The washing water can be combined with the filtrate or discharged separately and recycled.

(4) There is no need for special personnel to operate, which greatly reduces labor intensity and improves productivity.

Selection Guide for DZY Belt Press Vacuum Filter:

  1. Select the equipment model according to the solid-liquid ratio, processing capacity, solid particle size, viscosity, and solid heap specific gravity
  2. According to the PH value of the material, select the material of the flow-through parts, the solid particle size, and the filter medium
  3. Suitable for materials with a filter cake compression ratio greater than 2:1 (at 10Kpa)
  4. For materials that are often washed, the length of the vacuum chamber should be greater than 10m. and for special washing materials, the leaching model should be selected.
  5. The same materials that have not been used in the same industry should be tested first before equipment selection.
  6. The models with the effective width set bynational filtering standard are preferred.
