Working principle of DU rubber belt vacuum filter:
The slurry uniformly distributed on the filter cloth moves forward by the feeding device. Under the suction of the vacuum pump, the filtrate enters the vacuum box through the filter cloth and the filter holes of the tape, and then to the filtrate tank from the connecting pipe at the lower part of the vacuum box. The solid phase is trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. Due to the same direction of gravity and vacuum suction, larger particles settle under the filter cake and small particles settle on the filter cake to form a filter-aid layer with a reasonable structure with low resistance. The filtration speed is high. The formed filter cake moving with the tape is washed many times, dehydrated, and then falls off at the turning point of the filter cloth. After that, the filter cloth and the tape are separated by the driving roller, cleaned and regenerated with high-pressure water respectively. After the filter cloth iadjusted by the correction device, it returns to the feeding end to start a new operation cycle.

Selection Guide for DU Rubber Belt Vacuum Filter:
- Select the equipment model according to the solid-liquid ratio, processing capacity, solid particle size, viscosity, and bulk density of the material.
- Select the material of the flow-through parts according to the degree of corrosion of the material andselect the filter medium according to the solid particle size and the temperature of the material.
- For materials containing active gas or steam, semi-closed and fully closed models can be selected.
- For the materials that need to be washed, it can be washed co-currently or counter-currently. For special washing materials, the leaching model should be selected.
- It is recommended to do a small test for unused materials in the same industry. The processing capacity of the same filter area is usually 1.2 times that of the PBF belt vacuum filter.
- The liquid discharge method can realize high or zero discharge according to the installation height.
